I started my fitness journey in my junior year of high school and it quickly became a passion. Eventually, with everything I learned from experience and through education, I wanted to share and use my knowledge to help others. Some of my athletic achievements include hitting 4 plates on deadlifts and 3 plates on back squats. I didn't get a chance to play any sports growing up.
The turning point for me was my junior year of high school. I wasn't happy with my fitness level so I decided to do something about it. At first, I did basic resistance training. Eventually, I got into powerlifting and during my internship, I got introduced to Crossfit.
My purpose for coaching is getting people to reach their fitness goals whatever that may be. I'm impassioned to help people who are motivated to learn and grow and it puts a smile on my face to watch them slowly reach their goals.
