Intro Program - On Ramp
GET STARTED AT YOUR OWN PACE
Our On Ramp program is for anyone who is brand new to CrossFit. You begin your journey with 4 one on one sessions with a certified coach! After your 4 sessions, you will have UNLIMITED access to our classes for 1 MONTH!
- Intro to CrossFit and Functional Fitness
- 4 One on One Sessions with a certified Coach to introduce fundamentals
- Athletic Development Assessment & Course
3 Classes per week
Join our community with 3 classes or less per week!
$140 per month + tax
$150 per month (meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays)
Kids @ 4:30pm
Teens @ 5:15pm
This program is designed to introduce kids and teens to our CrossFit concepts. The class duration is 45 minutes and its play-based curriculum is entirely geared towards teaching kids to think of exercise as FUN. Skills are focused on the very basic foundations of functional movement and age appropriate developmental motor skills for the average 5-9 year old and our Teens class for 10-15 year old.
